completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an

Shipping
Your order will be shipped when your payment is processed. Our shipping partner will
always ship your order with tracking. You will receive the tracking information right after your order
has been shipped out. Shipping costs and delivery time will be based on the shipping address.
PowerStrains® will always keep you up to date regarding to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• Free shipping on all orders over EUR 500
• EUR 5.95 for orders below EUR 500 to the Netherlands
• EUR 14.95 for orders below EUR 500 to all other countries

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items
must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached if possible.

Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@powerstrains.com to obtain a return
number and instructions. After receiving the return number and instructions, place the item securely
in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you
use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or
exchange. Please allow us at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return
or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
